AKCA's Educational Projects.

• AKCA-Humanitarian Project - Sponsor A/L Students
• KASL - Karainagar Library Project - Book collection

What has AKCA done todate in karainagar with & through your contribution

  • About 130 GCE A  & 6 O Level deserving students
    sponsored to pursue their studies at a cost
    of nearly 2 million Rupees.

• TWO Undergraduate Students  sponsored
at a cost of about  Rs350,000

CURRENT PROJECT IN PROGREES

January 2012 to June 2013

23 GCE A/L students - 2013 Batch,
 06 GCE O/L Students - 2012 batch and
 1 University student

Project Total Cost is Rs: 549,000/=

Second Project Total Cost is Rs: 482,000/=

 From July 2012 to June 2014

- 20 GCE A/L Students - 2014 Batch

Currently we are funding 50 students .
Members who wish to sponsor a Student for one year need to pay only $100 per year per student at the current exchange rate.

    Donation  in 2011 Karai Students Project - II  $1,800.00

    
We need to generate $5000 annually to remit Rs 1000 per month to the Bank account of 50 children  to enable them to continue their studies .

We would be pleased if each member would kindly contribute at least $100  to sponsor at least one child  to finance the education of the needy students from our Village.

Kindly inform Treasurer  by email Mr.V.Thevarajah or akca Presedent  after the transfer to facilitate the  reconciliation of  the Accounts .
